PRIVACY
Information shared with a purpose.
This notice describes the information handled by the CXM.ca website and its enquiry process.
Enquiries
When you contact CXM, the information you provide is used to review and respond to your request. The enquiry form asks for your name, company, business email and message. Phone, website, industry and location information are optional. Please do not include sensitive customer records, health information, financial account information or credentials.
Delivery and service providers
Direct website submissions are processed by Formspree and routed according to CXM’s form settings. Formspree may retain submissions in the form account. You can also email info@cxm.ca directly. Infrastructure and email providers may also process information needed to operate their services. Processing locations depend on those providers; this website does not promise Canadian-only storage.
Security and limited technical information
The form uses validation and spam controls. Submission tokens are valid for 30 minutes and rate-limit windows last up to an hour. Expired technical records are removed during subsequent form requests; expiry does not mean immediate deletion. The application does not store enquiry messages in its website database. Information delivered to the business mailbox is handled as correspondence.
Private workspace and editorial records
Signing in supplies an account identifier and email through the hosting platform. Assessments are calculated in your browser; choosing to save sends your organization, location and answers to your private workspace. Saved assessments, operational measures and improvement actions remain associated with your account until removed through an access or deletion request. They are not automatically published or used for company rankings.
Company claims store your account, email, stated role and review outcome. Editorial records retain sources, publication revisions and reviewer attribution to support corrections and accountability. Only approved public record fields are shown on public pages. Do not enter confidential customer records or sensitive personal information into these workflows.
Website measurement
CXM.ca does not currently send browsing activity to an advertising or analytics service. The application has an event interface for future measurement; no analytics provider is active. No advertising cookies are set by the application. Hosting services may maintain security and operational logs.
Your choices
You can contact CXM directly by email without using the form. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. Contact info@cxm.ca with questions about information you have shared, or to request access, correction or deletion. Some information may need to be retained for a legitimate operational or legal reason.
